HARRISON TODAY - HSPN - HOYAVISIONWe would like to thank Mr. Jeffrey Green for taking time to come share his vast broadcast and video production experience. He spent some time talking about how we can consistently prepare quality segments. He also took the time to watch the HSPN broadcast and break the show down afterwards. We hope you can stay in touch and continue to get your feedback. SHOW BREAKDOWNS In trying to build off of Mr. Green's feedback, we will be completing a post-show breakdown form by the day after the broadcast. If your crew is not broadcasting, you will be completing the new, modified weekly Journal. SEGMENTS Please don't forget, your segment pitches, done in pairs (producer/talent & director/techie). should be prepared ahead of time, well thought out and researched. The presentation should be as though you're presenting to a real producer. The pitch is due the Friday of your show - to allow you time to produce the actual segment. Please be sure to use the segment worksheet to make sure you have all the elements for a great segment. AVTF-2 PERIOD 2This week we'll take what we've learned from the Adobe tutorials on After Effects and we will be creating our tutorial incorporating an effect from Adobe After Effects. Our goal should be to complete the tutorial by Thursday so we can try them out on Friday. We will be taking our After Effects vocab quiz first thing on Monday. Please take a moment to review the Quizlet study guide: After Effects Basics AVTF-1 PERIODS 3 & 4We should be wrapping up our storyboards and screenplays for our :15 sec commercial. We'll begin filming on Monday and, with the schedule adjustments for testing and early release day, we'll have the project loaded up on Ga Share by Friday.
Be sure to review the rubric on your Class Notebook.
