EVERYONEWe're already 3 weeks, 1/2 way to our first progress report of the 2nd semester! Time is flying. Please make sure to stay on top of your assignments. Make sure we have our "Right Materials" I'll also be checking your project folders - please make sure you have a folder for each segment/commercial you're working on. The original footage should be in the folder - even if you'll be editing it at home. HOYAVISION - HSPN APPLICATIONS FOR THE FALL 2019 SEMESTER ARE OUT! If you're interested in joining the broadcast crew and telling the stories in and around Harrison, apply today! All applications are due to Mr. Phelps by Friday 2/8/19. For all those who are interested in broadcasting/streaming live events, the occasional LIVE broadcast of classic musicals are a great opportunity to see and appreciate what a "team sport" LIVE broadcast is. If you see this today, Sunday, check it out tonight on Fox. Broadcast, AVTF-2 & 3 students - think about what it's like to produce an 8 - 15 minute show and what goes into a few hour show! Look at the camera work, angles, movement. The lighting and the sound. It's LIVE so you will likely catch an error or two and a camera or two. It's GAME ON! for this crew. HARRISON TODAY - HSPN - HOYAVISIONWell, our first week of broadcasts was one of some good lessons :-) Take a moment to think about what transpired and how it can be prevented in the future. Blue Crew will be broadcasting on Monday and Friday. HSPN will go on Tuesday. In lieu of a thank you note, please consider following Alex Miller and send a note of thanks: Twitter.com/AlexMillerNews Facebook.com/AlexMillerNews AVTF-2 PERIOD 2Your outline for your video explaining cables and connectors used in video production is due in your Class Notebook - Homework section - on Tuesday.
